“I believe every child deserves the magic to soar through life with self-love and acceptance—even when skies grow stormy. As a pediatric occupational therapist, I am passionate in helping children develop self-regulation and coping skills for brighter days ahead. I regularly teach sensory and mindfulness-based calming strategies that empower children to navigate BIG feelings and engage fully in meaningful daily activities. My heart’s mission is to help every child shine from within and this book series I'm penning is an extension of that dream.”
